(Weeks 3-8)
Development of and collaboration with network of sources and prospects
Screen candidates (face-to-face, phone, etc.)
Interviews/pre-referencing of qualified candidates
Client introductions to qualified candidates (written evaluations and pre-referencing)
Selection of and interviews with finalist candidates
Feedback to both candidates and client
References and Offer
(Weeks 9-10)
Conduct formal references on finalist candidate(s)
Client presentation of verbal and written comments
Strategic advice to client regarding offer; facilitate negotiations as needed
Project Closure
(Weeks 11-12)
Candidate acceptance of offer and transition to client organization
